Apartamento Roberto is situated on the first floor of a compact low rise apartment block in a central position of El Capistrano Village. There is easy access via a marble staircase or by lift. The main feature of the apartment is the extra large terrace with built-in barbecue, garden furniture, sun umbrellas and roll-out sun blinds. Patio doors lead from the terrace into the lounge/dining area which is nicely furnished in Andalucian style. A small archway leads into the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has twin beds and patio doors also opening onto the terrace. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin. Sleeping for the third person is using a sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment also has air conditioning for summer use and heating for the winter. El Capistrano Village is built in Andalucian style and the mixture of villas, pueblos and apartments are set amongst beautiful gardens and walkways. Many of the homes are lived in all year round and so there is the advantage of an indoor pool and sauna for winter use.  The main centre has a small well stocked convenience store, restaurant, bar, travel agents and ATM.  The nearest swimming pool is a stones throw away and is for the exclusive use of residents.

Prices The change over day is Saturday. The prices are per week for 2 or 3 people

Originally a fishing village, Nerja has kept its genuine Spanish charm with twisting narrow streets and white buildings. Tennis, Horse riding and Golf close by. Nerja is also ideal for touring.Granada, the tiny Moorish village of Frigilana and Gibraltar are within easy reach and Nerja's own limestone caves are just 5 minutes by car. In the winter, skiing is just 2 hours away at Sol y Nieve. In fact Nerja is one of the few places in the world where you can ski in the morning and sunbathe by the Mediterranean in the afternoon!!
