Casa Ana is a really bright and amazingly spacious 2 bedroom pueblo, situated on the ground floor, with a large terrace and small garden. The main bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading onto one part of the terrace, while the second bedroom has one double bed and two further full sized single beds. Between the two rooms is the large modern bathroom.
The open plan living room also leads onto the terrace through patio doors and has a feature open fireplace. There are two large sofas both converting into additional sleeping beds. The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances needed for a relaxing holiday.
Outside there is a small private walled garden and a part shaded terrace with loungers and a table and chairs for meals alfresco. Through the wrought iron gate is the pretty pathway leading to the Pueblo swimming pool opposite. The pool has a poolside snack bar and is just one of 3 pools within El Capistrano Village. Car parking is in the road directly behind the property.
Casa Ana is priced for up to six people and offers great flexibility to suit your groups particular sleeping arrangements.
El Capistrano Village is built in typical Andalucian style set amongst beautiful gardens and traffic free walkways. Cypress, olive and palm trees and tropical plants abound. There is a mixture of apartment; villa and pueblo accommodation and many of the homes are lived in all year round. The main centre has a small well stocked convenience store, restaurant, bar, travel agents and ATM. El Capistrano Village is a flat walk into Nerja Town (approximately 20 minutes) and Burriana beach is close by. |
Prices The change over day is Saturday. The prices are per week for up tp 6 people
April and October = GBP 250
May, June, Sept = GBP 400
July and August = GBP 500

- Amenities near by: The main Burriana Beach with water sports, beach cafes, restaurants and shops is within walking distance and is also on the local circular bus route to Nerja. Originally a fishing village, Nerja has kept its genuine Spanish charm with twisting narrow streets and white buildings. Tennis, Horse riding and Golf close by. Nerja is also ideal for touring.Granada, the tiny Moorish village of Frigilana and Gibraltar are within easy reach and Nerja's own limestone caves are just 5 minutes by car. In the winter, skiing is just 2 hours away at Sol y Nieve. In fact Nerja is one of the few places in the world where you can ski in the morning and sunbathe by the Mediterranean in the afternoon!!
