Introduction to our apartment in Capuchinos, San Juan, Nerja.
Our pueblo style 2 bedroom apartment, ideal for up to 4 people ( max 4 adults and 2 children), is set in tropical gardens and walkways, with stunning sea, mountain and Nerja town views. It has fantastic 180 degree sea views from the large private terrace (space to dine and relax), with all day sunshine, in addition to the roof terrace which gives wonderful 360 degree views.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, throughout the year. It is about 2km from the beach and Nerja town, with direct access to the national park a stone’s throw away. San Juan has a white washed village feel, peaceful and relaxing away from the hubbub of the town, but near enough to enjoy, with luxury swimming pools, pretty gardens and walkways, mini market, plus a few bars and restaurants. Ideal for families and couples.
Apartment Description :
The bright, clean, modernised and high standard apartment has a pretty garden
entrance, with the following main features :
- - The open plan kitchen/lounge/diner are well equipped and comfortable with
sofabed, 2 arm chairs, satellite TV (UK channels, Sky channels etc), CD player,
video player, with French doors which open onto the terrace.
- - The kitchen has a full size cooker/oven, fridge /freezer, microwave, toaster,
kettle plus all the expected items for a long or short stay.
- - Newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower.
- - The 2 double bedrooms have twin beds in each, plus a spare put up bed,
and one room has French doors directly onto the terrace.
- - The South facing, part covered, terrace ( about 25m2) has spectacular
180 degree sea views, and with all day sunshine and provides a large space
to enjoy outdoor living throughout the year. It has a full range of chairs,
dining table, luxury sun loungers. There is also a private roof terrace (
another 25m2) with even more outstanding 360 degree views of the sea, mountains
and town.
- - The apartment has a good airflow throughout, which ensures an airy, refreshed
feel needed in the summer, with heaters available for cooler winter evenings.
- - Other information – Iron/board, hairdryer,cot hire available, welcome
pack (milk ,bread ,water) provided if required.
- - Please note there are 30 steps from the very easy parking area ( many
apartments have more steps !).

| San Juan is located about 2km from Nerja town and Burriana beach. If you do not feel like walking or taking the car there is a frequent bus service from San Juan.
In San Juan the very large pool has a sloping beach end ideal for children and cooling off, a separate children’s pool both surrounded by grassy sunbathing areas. Around the pool are 2 good cafes, and a minute stroll away are several bars and restaurants, and a well stocked mini market. These are all a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Directly from the apartment is access to the national park for amazing mountain walks.
Within a 5 minute drive ( or walk if you prefer) is an excellent tennis club – plus table tennis and pool. An 18 hole golf course ( Baviera) is about a 20 min drive away, near Velez Malaga.

| Nerja is a pretty white washed Spanish town,bustling at all times of the year, with narrow winding streets, most leading to the Balcon de Europa - with many quality shops, bars and restaurants of all types. The Balcon is an area for relaxing and strolling, with spectacular views of the sea and mountain backdrop to the town.
Nerja retains its Andalucian charm, in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal for a relaxing or active holiday. It is a great base from which to visit the inland villages and mountains, plus Granada, Malaga, Cordoba and Seville are easily accessible. It is only a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport, and we provide maps, directions and an information pack, plus the reassurance of friendly English speaking help if needed. Taxis are easily available, or you could take the bus from Malaga to Nerja. We would however really recommend you hire a car to maximise your visit. |

| Changeover day is Saturday generally, but we can be flexible in low season.
Prices are for one week for the apartment, and include cleaning, weekly bedlinen
and towel change and electricity.
Please bring your own beach/pool towels
Long Lets are discounted (Nov to March ) eg 4 weeks plus £120/week, 8 weeks
plus £110/week, 12 weeks plus £100/week.
For long lets you need to pay for the electricity you use ( approx £
10 – 16/week), and you are responsible for your own cleaning and washing
towels/ bedlinen. These services can be easily and cheaply provided. |
