| San Juan de Capistrano is a very pretty development with mature well kept gardens and wonderful views to Nerja and the sea.It is ideal for families as there is everything there to cater for your needs.There are plenty of restaurants and snack bars around the pool area .( reputeably the best in Nerja)The urbanisation also provides 24 hour security guards,and life guards around the pool too. .If you don't feel like walking or driving the short distance into town there is a bus service twice an hour to various drop off points in town(very handy as parking in town can be very difficult in the high season.) There are 2 pools, ( seasonal)one specially for children. also sun-beds for hire.Supermarket on site. |
| The apartment has a south facing terrace with sun-loungers ,patio table and chairs and panoramic views of the sea. The living room has a sofa-bed ,cable tv,showing Sky TV ,many English channels ,and patio doors opening onto the sun terrace. The NEW kitchen,with marble worktops, has the usual appliances,including a microwave. The main bedroom has a double bed ,and also patio doors opening onto the terrace ,with plenty of wardrobe space.The adjoining bathroom , which has been totally refurbished recently,has a bath and shower. The second double bedroom has twin beds and its own shower room with toilet and handbasin.It is separted from the upstairs by a few steps leading down from the terrace. |

| There are parking spaces provided right outside the property. Prices are bases on occupancy of up to 4 people sharing. Add 25 pounds per person per week if there are more than 4 in the party, |
