The apartment is light and airy and has both a balcony and a private roof terrace, (accessed via a spiral staircase) there are stunning sea and mountain views from both. |

| Verano Azul is a 10 minute walk from the enormously popular Burriana Beach with it's wealth of bars and restaurants. The centre of Nerja is a 20 minute stroll, or alternatively, the trolley train stops right outside Verano Azul and can whisk you down to the Balcon de Europa in a few minutes. There is a convenience store within 2 minutes walk of the apartment, with a major supermarket being only 5 minutes away. |

| Please note that due to the stairs leading up to the apartment, together with the spiral staircase to the roof terrace, access for guests with mobility problems is restricted. We have a time schedule which we need to use,departure by 10.00am and arrival at 16.00 hrs. This is to allow for the apartment to be made ready for the next visitors. |
