This is a semi-detached villa which is a luxury home, not the usual holiday rental property. There is a very spacious bright living/dining room, beautifully furnished and decorated, with comfortable seating/dining for up to 6 people and 25 channel cable TV , CD/radio/cassette player.
Patio doors to two sides lead to the separate dining terrace with table and chairs for 6 people and garden terraces to two sides with loungers and portable BBQ. There are stairs to a large roof terrace with coffee table, chairs and sunbeds for panoramic views of sea, mountains, aqueduct and farmland. Sun all day on the large outdoor areas at every time of year.
The fully equipped modern kitchen with marble worksurfaces has a ceramic hob, fan oven, double sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron, and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils etc. In the attached utility room you will find a washing machine and a security safe for your use. On your arrival we provide a Welcome Pack of basic food essentials (tea, coffee, milk, eggs, bread, etc.) free.
There is one double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds. Both are tastefully furnished and have ample wardrobe and drawer space. Sleeps 4 people but a travel cot can be provided for an infant. Linen, towels and hairdryers are supplied. Two bathrooms - the main bathroom has a bath with hand shower,sink and W.C., the second has a large double shower, sink and W.C. Both have been recently refurbished to a high standard as has the rest of the house. |
The villa has been our second home for some years and as such is equipped, furnished and decorated as a home should be. The property has fans for the living and sleeping areas for summer and for winter is equipped with underfloor heating to the living area, heaters to other rooms and electric blankets to all beds in case there are some cool nights. Our philosophy is that you should be as comfortable on holiday as you are in your own home. Visitors to Oasis tell us it is the best on the urbanisation and we value our reputation.

The villa is set in the most beautiful and exclusive urbanisation in Nerja, with lush tropical gardens, security patrols, 2 swimming pools, children's pool, petanque courts and 2 bar/restaurants on-site. Capistrano Oasis is built in the traditional Andalucian style, whitewashed houses and apartments with terracotta roof tiles, bouganvilla and hibiscus decorate the walls and each dwelling is individual.
There is a bus stop at the entrance to the urbanisation, parking right outside the villa and a supermarket nearby. There are two accesses to the villa, one with a short flight of shallow steps, the other via a level walkway with 2 sets of 3 steps making it easily accessible for all but the wheelchair-bound.
It is a 10 minute walk down to Burriana Beach and 20 minutes level walk to the centre of town - the nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away. Nerja Tennis club and the Sports stadium and indoor heated swimming pool are nearby - or take a 5 minute stroll down to the Nerja Club Hotel for a Flamenco night or other entertainment! The famous Nerja Caves and the pretty village of Maro are a 2km walk away and there is golf within a 15 minutes drive as is the beautiful 'white village' of Frigliana. For ski enthusiasts the Sierra Nevada ski resort can be reached in about 80 minutes, making it possible to ski in the morning and swim and sunbathe in the afternoon! |
