The Penthouse is set in an exclusive award-winning private urbanisation - a 7 acre sub-tropical garden complex with white-walled, terracotta-roofed Andalucian architecture. There are 2 pools, the main pool with a toddler pool, and an upper quiter pool ...large carp ponds, petanque courts and 2 bar/restaurants in the spectacular surroundings. Panoramic views of the sea and mountains .Oasis is securely patrolled .Ample free parking is available outside the apartment .There is a direct bus from Malaga Airport to Malaga bus station where a connecting bus can be taken directly to Nerja.
There is also a bus stop at the entrance to Oasis .A short 5-7 minutes? walk from the apartment is a tennis club, open to non-members and a well-stocked supermarket who will deliver by request It is a 20 minute level walk into the town of Nerja.There are two local 18 hole golf courses, and a coastline course at Salobrena, 25 minutes drive. Less than 2 hours drive from the famous Sierra Nevada Ski Resort, So skiing in the morning and lazing in the late afternoon sun in Nerja is an option during the winter months.
The Penthouse is normally rented Saturday to Saturday and guests are asked to arrive after 3 pm and to vacate the premises by 11 am on day of departure. These times and dates can sometimes be varied depending on prior arrangement and dependant on bookings already made.If you have any special requirement please feel free to contact me.
For winter months the penthouse has an open log fire. Under floor heating is available by request but would incur extra cost. |
