This apartment is the lower one of two and has a separate access onto a large terrace. One enters into the open plan living/dining room/kitchen which is furnished with seating for six people ? two comfortable settees and chairs. The dining table is large and comfortably holds six people. There is a TV with English channels, DVD player, radio/cd player.
The room is light and airy and behind is the kitchen. There is a cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dish washer and the washing machine is round the corner of the house in a separate laundry room. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
There are two double bedrooms and one with twin beds. Plenty of hanging space and drawers. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace, and has an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower over. The other two bedrooms share a shower room. Duvets are provided in winter, also electric heaters. A hair dryer is also available. Beach towels can be provided for ?4 each per week.
There are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, together with a BBQ on a side terrace, and sunloungers for around the pool or on the lawn. Blinds and parasols provide shade. The main Burriana beach is within a ten minute walk. Parking is roadside and Nerja town is about a twenty minute walk, or just 3 minutes by car. |
