This superbly situated Villa comprises of a double bedroom with Sat.TV, a triple bedroom, fully refurbished bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a BBQ, patio furniture, and sun loungers in the Villa's private garden. There is also a private safe for storing valuables.

 

San Juan Capistrano is a beautiful Mediterranean Style development, 3kms from the centre of Nerja, and only 1.5kms from the nearest beach. Within the development there are 3 different sizes pools for the exclusive use of owners and guests, poolside bars, cafes, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, laundry, and car hire complete this well run development which is protected by 24hr security.
The beautiful coastal town of Nerja, which is 5 mins drive away, is on the Eastern tip of the Costa Del Sol. This once sleepy fishing village now which has a population of 12,000 is typically Andalucean in style is flanked by the dramatic Sierra Almijara mountain range, it has managed to avoid the commercialisation of many of Spains other resorts keeping its original charm. The old quarter of the town is virtually unchanged with its narrow winding streets past whitewashed buildings astrewn with bourganvillia boasting many interesting shops, boutiques, restaurants, and tapas bars where you can dine on a wide range of local specialities or fresh fish, it is a gourmet's paradise. 

The towns main focal point is the magnificent Balcon d'Europa, a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff face, once the site of a Moorish Castle with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below. Nerja has more than its fair share of beaches, the best being the Torrecilla Beach which last year was awarded the Blue Flag, there is a regular bus service into town if you dont feel like driving. There are plenty of sporting activities locally, the nearest Golf Course is 20 mins drive away, there is an excellent Tennis Club just 5 minutes drive away, there is scuba diving at Burriana, horse riding and mountain walking in the beautiful National Park where sightseers can visit idyllic mountainside villages such as Frigiliana. There is also Spains 3rd most popular tourist attaction, the Cuevas de Nerja, discovered in 1959 the 5km of underground caverns is a sight well worth visiting, just 10 minutes drive along the coast towards Maro.

Granada, Seville and Cordoba are all within easy reach by car, all well worth a visit. It is worth noting the flights to Granada are usually cheaper than to Malaga, the drive from Granada to Nerja takes around 2hrs.

Due to its unique location Nerja enjoys a most agreeable climate, with sunshine virtually all the year round boasting a Summer average of 25c and a winter average of 15c.
Nerja is situated 33 miles from Malaga and 60 miles from Granada with Easyjet and Ryanair now running daily flights from most large Airports..
Transport to the Villa can be arranged for those who don't wish to drive.

Changeover day is usually Saturday but we are flexible especially in low season, prices are for one week and include bed linen towels and electricity, please bring your own beach towels. Cots can also be arranged if required.
