The Balcon de Europa and the restaurant filled streets of Pintada and Ferrandiz are a pleasant 4-minute stroll away.

As are the Callahonda and Salon Beaches,

while the Communal pool over looks the much larger Burriana beach just across the street.

Your feet will be on the sand in less than 5 minutes.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small well-maintained complex of just 16 units.

The majority of apartments are owner occupied, which are let on an occasional basis.

 None are rented to travel companies

• Special rates for long term lets.   We will offer a discount of 10 to 20% depending on the duration of the stay. 
• We also offer big discounts on late availability and late cancellations.
• Perfect location for older couples, spending the winter months in the sun. The apartment is all on one level. Easy walking distance to the town centre,(no hills). 
• Ideally Family apartment during the Summer Months, kids have a safe garden to play in and the pool is a hop skip and a jump. While the Air Con in the bedrooms will help ensure a good nights sleep for all.
